Wednesday, July 11th -10pm

Hi Everyone,

Just checking back in to let you know that the day went well.  Mike showered first thing this morning and then was up until after noon.  After his Nurse Visit he did have and hour and a half nap.   Then he was up until now which may have been pushing it for his first real day home again.  He did tumble over in the living room but he is fine.  Lost his balance but did not black out or faint, just mis-stepped.  It took him a few to collect himself and get up.  Falling always puts fear into a person for some reason.

Anyway, he’s up and off to do his night things and then to bed.  We will be on the road by 6:30 in the morning for his labs and clinic.  Hopefully it won’t be a long day.

So glad to closer to Day +100 than Day +1 finally!!!  Thanks for the prayers and the continued support.

love, Ann

Hi Kagerer relatives. Wow, I have been sooooo out of the loop. I’ve just read thru the entire blog. Very very very impressive. What an amazing family. Mike, you are first off so very strong for undergoing this whole procedure. My thoughts and prayers are with you 24-7 and I know you will conquor this challenge and enjoy many future years and endeavors on mother earth. Rick, how amazingly supportive of you for your donation of LIFE. Ann, your blogs are so moving and inspiring. You are so faithful in providing information and your devotion to your brother. Joe, what an excellent work on the website. And we know John has been supportive of Mike being his bro and friend in Alaska all these years. I am so very impressed with all the hard work you have all contributed to Mike’s situation. Mike, you are so deserving of all this support. Your kindness and positive spirit has been passed on to those surrounding you and their support is a reflexion of the wonderful things you have brought into your life. Please do know that your family in Canada is thinking of you often and wishing you all of the very best in your recovery. You are so blessed with all the hardwork of your mom and siblings and good friends on your road to recovery. Keep the faith and positive spirit. We love you all!
